It’s a matter of common sense!

  1. Prevention is better than cure.
  2. When you are going out socially or with work, always let someone know where you should be and when.
  3. Always try to go with someone rather than on your own.
  4. Try to stay in well lit areas. This includes if you are parking.
  5. When approaching your car always use your car drill. (see our courses)
  6. If using a cab; try to pre-book it with a company you know.
  7. Follow your instincts; if it feels wrong, it may well be.
  8. Keep your mobile phone well charged.
  9. Do not accept a drink from a stranger or leave your drink unattended.
  10. As a last resort try to learn a few simple self defence techniques. See our courses
