Vouchers

A voucher can be applied directly to your basket. A minimum spend and time limit may apply. Once the voucher is applied it will automatically deduct the amount from your total.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our site, terminate accounts, remove or edit contact placed on our site and refuse or cancel orders without charge to you.

Contract

Your order represents an offer to purchase a product or products which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product or products. You will be sent confirmation by e mail that an order has been placed and details of that order, delivery costs, expected delivery date, payment details and right to cancel. Any products on an order that do not form part of that dispatch are not included in that contract.

Delivery

We endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hrs and deliver by standard Royal Mail post which can take up to 3-5days UK or 3-10 days Europe and rest of the world. If you require a first class delivery you can request this at check out. If there is any delay with an order we will notify you in writing. Orders over £50 are free of delivery charges in UK, orders over £75.00 are free of delivery charges to Europe or the rest of the world.

Returns / Cancellations

You have 7 days statutory cooling off period to cancel your order or if received return the goods unopened and unused. If you wish to return a gift purchased for you, you’lll receive a gift voucher to the value of your return to use as part or full payment for future purchases within a 1 year period.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing is listed on our web site but may be subject to change in line with our suppliers price increases. Availability is listed on our web site and despatch is normally within 48 hours. We will inform you on your order confirmation and subsequent e mails of any delay with despatch.

Overseas Orders

We can deliver worldwide but you may be subject for import duties and taxes levied at the destination. Any additional charge will be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges as policies vary from country to country and goods may be opened for inspection by customs authorities. The recipient is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are received.

Children

GirlsSurvival do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian when using this site.

Electronic Communication

When you visit GirlsSurvival.com or send us e mails you communicate with us electronically. We also communicate with you electronically when we send you e mails or post information on this website. For contractual purposes you consent to receive electronic communication from us and agree that this communication satisfies any legal requirement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Alteration or Amendments

We reserve the right to make alterations or amendments to this site or conditions at any time. You will be subject to the conditions in place at the time you use the site or place orders with us, unless these changes are required by law in which case they will apply to you. If any condition is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable but will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

GirlsSurvival will not be held responsible for delays or failure to comply arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The conditions are governed by English and EU Laws. You agree as we do to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
